First Priority

My first priority is to customer service. Being an independent contractor with a wide diversity of skills in the web and technology fields allows me to be the first point of contact and have the ability to troubleshoot most, if not all, technical matters. "That's not my line of work" is a phrase my clients rarely hear me utter. Central to providing a great experience is trust. If a problem or request has a quick solution, it will be dealt with quickly. I am not willing to lose my reputation to make a few more dollars, as is common in this industry. Likewise, if a project may be more in depth, I will be forthright and let the client know ahead of time to minimize surprises down the road.

I have extensive experience in many technical fields, specializing in web and e-commerce technologies. My range of services can be anything from bringing a brick and motor retail business into the virtual e-commerce marketplace, to fixing a sluggish computer. A few of my services are listed below.
